Automation Technician (f/m/d)
Aufgaben
- Installation, Kalibrierung, Wartung und Reparatur der elektronischen Geräte (inklusive Messgeräte) an Anlagen mit Schwerpunkt im Reinraumbereich
- Fehlersuche und -behebung bei Anlagenstörungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Vorbereitung wiederkehrender Maßnahmen
- Durchführung und GMP-gerechte Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten sowie Abstimmung mit den betroffenen Abteilungen und Fremdfirmen
- Mitarbeit bei Umbau-, Neubau- und Anlagenprojekten
- Unterstützung bei Qualifizierungs- und Validierungstätigkeiten
- Professioneller Umgang mit Radioaktivität unter Anwendung geeigneter Strahlenschutzmaßnahmen
- Nach Vereinbarung Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft und am Schichtdienst
- Berücksichtigung der gültigen Normen und anerkannten Regeln der Technik (VDE, DIN, ISO)
Profil
- Ausbildung zum Techniker (f/m/d) oder Meister (f/m/d) im Industriebereich mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierung, Mess-, Regel- und Steuerungstechnik oder Elektrotechnik bzw. Ausbildung zum Mechatroniker (f/m/d) mit gleichem Schwerpunkt
- Berufserfahrung mit den gängigen Automatisierungssystemen der Siemens Familie (z. B. PCS7 / Step 7 / WinCC / TIA Portal)
- Erfahrung in Umgang, Einrichtung und Programmierung von Industrierobotern (Stäubli, ABB, KUKA)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich SPS-Programmierung (KOP, FUP, SCL u. a.) von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Industrie im GMP-regulierten Umfeld
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Termintreue kennzeichnen den Arbeitsstil
- Ausgesprochene Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
