Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Frankfurt am Main.


Aufgaben
  • Auftragsannahme per Telefon, E.Mail und über digitale Kanäle (z. B. EDI); Erfassung und weitere Bearbeitung gemäß Order Management Policy und weiteren Richtlinien (z. B. Sonderpreisgeschäfte, Kampagnen)
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Hinweisen (Rechnung, Lieferung, Verzug etc.)
  • Großkundenbetreuung
  • Erstellung bereichsspezifischer Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse, insbesondere Digitalisierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Außendienst
  • Technischer Support Level 1
  • Aktiver Verkauf am Telefon: Unterstützung des Außendienstes bei der Erschließung neuer Vertriebskanäle, Vorstellung von oder Erinnerung an Verkaufsaktionen (Promotions), aktiver Hinweis auf neue Produkte, Testsieger und Alternativen sowie Sortimentserweiterungen

Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Produkt- oder Branchenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Digitales Mindset, souveräner Umgang mit SAP ERP und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Proaktivität und Entwicklungsbereitschaft
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
