CMS in Deutschland ist eine der führenden wirtschaftsberatenden Anwaltssozietäten. Insgesamt sind über 2.000 Mitarbeitende, darunter mehr als 750 Rechtsanwält:innen, Steuerberater:innen und Notar:innen, in acht wichtigen Wirtschaftszentren in Deutschland sowie in Brüssel, Hongkong, Peking und Shanghai tätig.
Aufgaben
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung eines Geschäftsbereichs Real Estate & Public, insbesondere durch die Erstellung von Business- und Strategieplänen sowie die Identifikation von Wachstumsbereichen und neuen Geschäftsfeldern
- Planung, Koordination und aktives Vorantreiben von Business Development und Marketingmaßnahmen
- Opportunity Spotting, Targeting und Mandantenakquise
- Mandats- und Mandantenstrukturanalysen, Monitoring von Marktentwicklungen und Trends, Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Erstellung von Pitches und Präsentationen, Vorbereitung von Pitchgesprächen sowie Durchführung von Mandantenfeedbackgesprächen
- Erstellung von Jahresberichten für Legal Directories
- Inhaltliche Vorbereitung regelmäßiger interner Strategiemeetings
- Steuerung und Ausbau des Kooperationspartnernetzes, Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen
- Budgeterstellung und -verantwortung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Team und angrenzenden Bereichen wie Pricing, Proposal, Analyst Relations, Events, Media Relations und Legal Tech
Profil
- Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Development in Kanzleien, Unternehmensberatungen oder in der Immobilienwirtschaft
- Branchenkenntnisse in der Immobilienwirtschaft sind wünschenswert
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistermentalität sowie ein ergebnisorientierter Teamplayer
- Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Kreativität
- Ausgezeichnetes Projekt-, Team- und Zeitmanagement
