Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • Identifizierung und Ansprache von qualifizierten Studienbewerbern für unsere Studiengänge „Master in Strategy & Digital Business” und “Master in Sales 4.0 – Master in International Sales Management”
  • Beratung der Bewerber und Beantwortung von Fragen zu Programminhalten sowie zur Zulassungsprozedur, Evaluation der Bewerbungsunterlagen, Durchführung und Auswertung von Bewerbungsgesprächen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von effektiven Recruiting-Strategien, um die Zielzahlen zu erreichen sowie die Qualität der Studierenden sicherzustellen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam, um ansprechende und zielgruppenorientierte Marketingmaterialien zu entwickeln
  • Aktive Teilnahme an Bildungsmessen und anderen Veranstaltungen im In- und Ausland, um die Sichtbarkeit der ESCP Business School und ihrer Studiengänge zu erhöhen

Profil

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise im wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Recruiting/Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bildungs- oder Hochschulumfeld
  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
