Du willst im Bereich Corporate Functions - Greenhouse innovative Lab-, Workshop- und Trainingsformate designen und facilitieren? Aufgaben

Als Lead Workshop & Lab Moderator (m/w/d) kombinierst du neueste Technologien mit explorativen Methoden.

  • Aufgabenvielfalt: Design, Facilitation und Management von speziellen Workshopformaten ("Labs"), maßgeschneidert auf die komplexen Herausforderungen interner und externer Kunden entlang einer Vielfalt von inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten.
  • Owner- und Leadership: Verantwortung für die (Weiter-) Entwicklung ausgewählter Lab Offerings (je nach Erfahrungsgrad auch Teamführung möglich.
  • Methoden: Du leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Innovation unserer Methoden und Toolkits.
  • Repräsentation: Vermarktung des Deloitte Greenhouses und seiner Lab-Offerings in internen und externen Settings (z. B. Greenhouse Touren, Roadshows, Events, Pitches, etc.).
  • Stakeholder Management: Zusammenarbeit mit Deloitte Themen-Expert:innen und Practice Leadern zur Co-Entwicklung neuer (Lab-) Formate sowie einen Beitrag zur Vermarktung und strategischen Positionierung unserer Lab Angebote.

Profil
  • Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. der Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationspsychologie, Informationstechnologie, Psychologie oder vergleichbar) mit sehr guten Englischkenntnissen
  • Umfassende Expertise und Referenzen im Design und der Moderation von partizipativen Workshopformaten
  • Vielfältige Anwendungserfahrung mit verhaltenspsychologischen und gruppendynamischen Ansätzen, mit kollaborativen und agilen Methoden sowie mit unterschiedlichen Kreativitäts- und Innovationstechniken (wie z. B. Design Thinking)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Commercial Services Umfeld und/oder Anschlussfähigkeit an die Businesses und Services von Deloitte - Erfahrung in der Teamführung wünschenswert
  • Profunde thematische Expertise in einem oder mehreren der Felder: Strategie, Innovation, Team-, Organisations- & Leadershipentwicklung, Diversity & Inclusion, Human Engagement, Agile, Service Design, Emerging Technologies, o. Ä.
