Die Isotope Technologies Dresden GmbH (ITD) ist ein Tochter­unternehmen der Eckert & Ziegler Strahlen- und Medizintechnik AG, ein börsennotierter und international ausgerich­teter Konzern sowie weltweit einer der größten Hersteller von radio­aktiven Komponenten für medizinische, wissenschaft­liche und messtec­hnische Zwecke.
Die ITD ist ein interna­tional agierendes Unternehmen des Sonderan­lagenbaus für die Herstellung und Hand­habung von Radioisotopen. Das Produktportfolio umfasst neben abgeschirmten Anlagen und Laborein­richtungen, z.B. Heiße Zellen zur Produktion und Forschung, auch automa­tisierte Abfüll­zellen sowie spezifische Strahlen­schutz­lösungen gegen α-, β- und γ-Strahlung. Zusätz­lich zur mechanischen Konstruk­tion enthält das Leistungs­spektrum auch die Automati­sierung, radio­chemische Technologie sowie Herstellung und Monate der Anlage.
Derzeitig beschäftigt die ITD an seinem Standort in Dresden-Rossendorf ca. 77 der über 1000 Mitarbei­tenden der Eckert & Ziegler Gruppe.


Aufgaben
  • Hauptverantwortung für Kostenkontrolle, Terminver­folgung und Risiko-Management aller nationalen und interna­tionalen Projekte
  • Erstellung, Analyse und Verfolgung des Progress-Status und Abgleich mit dem tatsäch­lichen Projekt­fort­schritt
  • Ermittlung von Risiken der Projekte und ggf. Ausarbeitung von Gegenmaß­nahmen gemeinsam mit dem Projekt­management
  • Zusammenarbeit und regel­mäßige Abstimmung mit den Projekt­leitern bei der struk­turierten und geplanten Abwicklung ihrer Turn-Key-Projekte
  • Forecast-Planung und Sicher­stellung der Budgetein­haltung
  • kontinuierliche Weiterent­wicklung und Ausbau von Kennzahlen­systemen (Earned Value Analyse)
  • Reporting innerhalb des Projekt­teams, gegenüber der Finanz­abteilung, dem Kunden und den überge­ordneten Einheiten

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschafts­ingenieur­wesen, Ingenieur­wesen, Betriebs­wirtschaft oder ein vergleich­barer Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekt­controlling oder der Projekt­leitung, vorzugs­weise im Anlagebau
  • fundierte MS-Office- sowie sehr gute MS-Project-Kennt­nisse
  • sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kenntnisse
  • sehr gutes Gefühl für Zahlen
  • selbstständige und selbst­organi­sierte Arbeitsweise
  • ausgeprägte Empathie, Team- und Kommuni­kations­fähigkeit
