Aufgaben

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt bei der Zeugniserstellung und anderer administrativer Aufgaben
  • Die Erstellung von Bescheinigungen für unsere Mitarbeitenden übernimmst Du eigenverantwortlich
  • Du unterstützt unsere HR-Manager bei anfallenden projektorientierten Sonderaufgaben
  • Teilnahme an Recruiting-Projekten mit Fokus auf Talent Acquisition

Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Immatrikuliert im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, Psychologie oder ähnlich gelagerte Studiengänge
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Personalwesen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten wünschenswert
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer
  • Du hast kein Problem damit, Aufgaben selbstständig und proaktiv anzugehen
