Aufgaben
Als Manager Independence und Corporate Governance (m/w/d) berätst du unsere Partner, Direktoren und Kundenteams zu Anforderungen der EU-Auditreform sowie rechtlichen und regulatorischen Fragestellungen, die zum Teil auch der Berufsaussicht unterliegen.
- Beratung: In einem zeitkritischen Umfeld leistest du rechtliche Beratungsleistungen im Hinblick auf Independence Themen und unterstützt bei der Auftragsanbahnung.
- Vertragsanalyse: Bei der Erstellung und Analyse von (inter-)nationalen Verträgen wirkst du mit und unterstützt bei der Entscheidungsfindung.
- EU-Auditreform: Du bist an komplexen, rechtlich-regulatorischen Konsultationen in einem kapitalmarktorientierten Umfeld beteiligt - direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Independence und Audit Capture.
- Independence: Die Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung unserer internen Prozesse begleitest du, um die Einhaltung der Independence-Anforderungen zu gewährleisten.
- Weiterbildung: Darüber hinaus erstellst du Schulungsmaterialien und führst Veranstaltungen zum Thema Independence durch.
Profil
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder Jura und/oder idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsprüferexamen
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft und Kenntnisse in den deutschen, europäischen und internationalen Independence-Anforderungen (HGB/EU-APrVO/IESBA Code of Ethics) wünschenswert
- Souveränität in der internen und externen Kommunikation, Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Projekten sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
- Hohes Engagement, strukturierte, eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Freude an Herausforderungen, ein großes Maß an Verschwiegenheit sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
