Aufgaben
Rollenzusammenfassung

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Industrial Engineer (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Neuenstadt am Kocher.

Was Sie erwartet

  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Technologieauswahl, Anlagenspezifikation, Anlagenbeschaffung sowie Anlagenabnahme
  • Identifizierung und Einführung neuer Technologien und Prozesse (Industrie 4.0)
  • Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der für das Industrial Engineering relevanten Produktionskennzahlen
  • Unterstützung der Produktionsprozesse im Hinblick auf Logistik, Produktionsmethoden und Qualitätsprozesse
  • Erstellen von Lastenheften für beispielsweise Fördertechnik, Montagetechnik und Ladungsträger
  • Abnahme und Freigabe aller Betriebsmittel entsprechend dem vorher abgestimmten Lastenheftes etc.
  • Anwendung von Simulationssoftware zur Werks-, Anlagen- und Behälterplanung
  • Planung der Logistikabläufe wie beispielsweise Vorlaufzeitdefinition, Zeithaushalt, Verpackung, Entwicklung/Definition Fördertechnik, Schnittstellen im Kundenwerk, JIT oder JIS Anlieferungen etc.
Was Sie mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Maschinenbautechniker, Elektrotechniker oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Alternativ: Abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieur- / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Automobilbereich
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
