Aufgaben
- Betreuung bestehender Multi-Manager- und Bündelungsmandate als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Anleger inkl. Portfolioanalysen und Reporting sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Anlageausschusssitzungen
- Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung der Fondsstrategie, Übernahme der Liquiditäts- und Fondsplanung, Koordination von Kapitalabrufen sowie Steuerung und Analyse unserer Multi-Manager-Immobilienfonds und -Produkte für institutionelle Investoren
- Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung, Immobilienfonds-Due-Diligence und -Analyse, Managerauswahl und Erstellung interner und externer Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells, Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen und Unterstützung bei der Gewinnung neuer Mandate
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung der Entscheidungsmodelle unter Berücksichtigung immobilienwirtschaftlicher, länderspezifischer und finanzwirtschaftlicher Rahmenbedingungen
Profil
- Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums (bestenfalls mit Immobilien-Fokus) bzw. immobilienwirtschaftliche Zusatzqualifikation sowie idealerweise mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fonds-, Beteiligungs- oder Asset Management sowie Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit institutionellen Investoren
- Fachliche Kernkompetenz im Bereich Immobilie und/oder Immobilienfonds ergänzt durch generalistische Kenntnisse im Gebiet der Rechnungslegung, Finanzen und Steuern sowie wenn möglich investment- und aufsichtsrechtliches Know-how
- Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Analytische, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Lösungsorientierung und analytischem Denkvermögen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word)
