Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für bilanzielle Sonderthemen und für AbschlussprüferInnen
  • Begleitung von Prüfverfahren der BaFin
  • Verantwortung für die Analyse und Beurteilung von komplexen Bilanzierungsfragen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten mit M&A sowie Due Diligence Bezug
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach IFRS


Profil
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkt, wie Rechnungswesen oder Accounting
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in der prüfungsnahen Beratung oder im Konzernrechnungswesen eines Unternehmens
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB
  • Leitungs-und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie wie eine Hands-on Mentality
  • Sehr gute Englisch-und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
