Construction Manager Hafenlogistik (Boxbay) (f/m/d)
Aufgaben
Sie sind für den Verkauf und die Durchführung aller standortbezogenen Aktivitäten für Hafenlogistikprojekte weltweit verantwortlich. Sie übernehmen die volle Verantwortung für Ihren Teilprojektstrom und arbeiten an der Gesamtoptimierung unserer Baustellenaktivitäten; zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:
- Interne und externe Koordination aller baustellenbezogenen Aktivitäten, insbesondere Überwachung, technische Unterstützung, Montageleistungen
- Fachliche Führung der zugewiesenen Projektteammitglieder
- Definition von Montagespezifikationen
- Montage- und Terminplanung inkl. Planung der Ressourcen
- Kostenermittlung und Budgetierung von baustellenbezogenen Leistungen in der Vertriebsphase
- Kostencontrolling für Projekte in der Ausführung
- Definition und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien für baustellenbezogene Leistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Supply Chain
- Verhandlung mit Subunternehmern
- Unterstützung der weltweiten Standortteams
- Gesamtoptimierung unserer Standortaktivitäten
Profil
Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene einschlägige Berufsausbildung (z.B. Ingenieurstudium, staatlich geprüfter Techniker, gewerbliche Berufsausbildung), idealerweise ergänzt durch zusätzliche Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen Bereich. Einschlägige Baustellenerfahrungen runden Ihr Profil ab; wichtig für uns sind:
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Baumanagement, idealerweise im Bereich des Anlagenbaus
- Projektmanagementkompetenzen; idealerweise mit einschlägig abgeschlossener Zertifizierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Projektmanagementsoftware und ERP-Systemen
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsgeschick
- Offenheit im Umgang mit Menschen aus anderen Kulturkreisen
- Verhandlungssichere englische Sprachkenntnisse
- Unternehmerisches Denken
- Bereitschaft, weltweit zu reisen
