Aufgaben
  • Rekrutierung von Fach- und Führungskräften für verschiedene Bereichen
  • Gestaltung und Schaltung von Stellenausschreibungen auf Jobbörsen, einschlägigen Fachforen und Social-Media-Plattformen
  • Pflege und Erstellung von Social-Media-Beiträgen auf Plattformen wie Instagram, Facebook, Xing und LinkedIn
  • Erstellung der Stellenausschreibungen sowie Durchführung von CV-Screenings
  • Durchführung von Telefoninterviews und Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen der Fachabteilungen

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resource Management oder relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Recruiting und Aktive Sourcing
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Paket
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsgeschick und positives, verbindliches Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
