Queisser Pharma entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt als erfolg­reiches mittel­stän­disches Unter­nehmen mit inter­national über 700 Mitar­beitern freiver­käufliche Arznei­mittel, Nahrungs­ergänzungs­mittel und Medizin­produkte. Unsere Marken Doppel­herz und Protefix nehmen führende Stellungen in ihren jeweiligen Märkten ein und werden über Apotheken sowie über Drogerie- und Verbraucher­märkte und den E-Commerce an den End­verbraucher im In- und Ausland vertrieben. Der Auslands­anteil beträgt hierbei 40 %. Im Inland werden darüber hinaus die Marken Stozzon, Ramend, Litozin und Tiger Balm vertrieben.

Product Manager (m/w/d) International


Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung von Neuprodukten und Produkt­optimierungen für die Queisser-Marken in den verant­wort­lichen Ländern
  • Gezielte Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios in den betreuten Ländern (Pipeline-Manage­ment)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Procure­ment & Business Development, Sales International inkl. Demand Planning, Medical Science, Regulatory Affairs und Develop­ment sowie Marketing & Media Management International
  • Direkter und pro­aktiver Kontakt zu inter­nationalen Vertriebs­partnern
  • Gestaltung und Überarbeitung von Pack­mitteln in Zusammen­arbeit mit Design-Agenturen
  • Druckdatenmanagement inkl. Koordination und Termin­überwachung in Zusammen­arbeit mit Lieferanten und Druckereien
  • Pflege von Bild- und Text-Daten­banken für die zu verant­wortenden Produkte
  • Aufbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von POS-Maßnahmen und Promotion-Aktionen
  • Kontinuierliche Durch­führung von Markt-, Wett­bewerbs- und Zielgruppen­analysen unter Einbezug von Markt­daten; Analyse und Aufbereitung der Daten, Erkennen von Trends und Ableiten von Handlungs­empfehlungen

Profil
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Kommuni­ka­tions­wissenschaften, Pharmazie oder Natur­wissen­schaften bzw. eine vergleich­bare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufs­erfahrung im Produkt- und / oder Projekt­management im Bereich FMCG, Pharma oder Kosmetik wären wünschens­wert
  • Sehr gute Englisch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie haben ein positives, gewinnen­des Auftreten, verbunden mit hoher Sprach- und Kommunika­tions­kompetenz sowie sicheren Präsentations-Skills und eine engagierte, selbst­ständige und strukturierte Arbeits­weise
  • Sie haben ein Gespür für Kreativität, Gestaltung / Design und Text
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Print­materialien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, optional mit SAP
