Aufgaben
Mit deinem kaufmännischen Verständnis bist du Expert:in, wenn es um Finanzbuchhaltung, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Vorbereiten von Monatsabschlüssen geht. Durch deine Zahlenaffinität gewährleistest du eine valide Datenbasis für verschiedene Auswertungen. Du bist mit verantwortlich für die fristgerechte, akkurate und vollständige Abwicklung innerhalb des Rechnungswesen. Du bist voller Tatendrang und Eigeninitiative Teil des Finanzteams.
Zielsetzung der Position:
- Bearbeiten der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung und Prozessoptimierung
- Ansprechpartner:in für interne Anfragen zu finanzrelevanten Themen
- Erstellen und prüfen von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Klären und Verwalten von Überweisungen, Zahlungen sowie Fehlbuchungen
- Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und Umsatzsteuermeldungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Senior Accounting Managern
Profil
- Du verfügst über 1-2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
- Deine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder dein finanzwirtschaftliches Studium haben dich mit den benötigten Kenntnissen ausgestattet.
- Ein sehr guter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel ist für dich normal.
- Du hast gesicherte Kenntnisse des Bilanzierungsstandards (HGB) sowie der Umsatzsteuer.
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit DATEV sind von Vorteil.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist gewissenhaft, hilfsbereit sowie verantwortungsbewusst.
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
