Accounts Payable Specialist (m/w/d)

DEIN NEUES PAAR SCHUHE:

  • Geht es um die Kreditorenbuchhaltung, macht Ihnen niemand etwas vor: Sämtliche Prozesse und Abwicklungen in diesem Bereich sind bei Ihnen in den besten Händen.
  • Konkret prüfen Sie Lieferantenrechnungen, Reisekosten, Kreditkarten- sowie Kassenabrechnungen, kontieren diese und buchen routiniert die Kontoauszüge aller Gesellschaften unserer Unternehmensgruppe.
  • Ihre Mitarbeit ist zudem gefragt bei der monatlichen Abstimmung von Intercompany-Vorgängen und den zugehörigen WE/RE-Konten sowie bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse.
  • Unsere Prozesse gestalten Sie unternehmensübergreifend mit, bringen Ihre Fachkenntnisse ein und sind aktiv in internationalen SAP-Projekten mit Rechnungswesen-Bezug – inkl. Konzeption und Rollout.
  • Kompetent betreuen Sie außerdem unsere in- und ausländischen Gesellschaften bei allen operativen Fragestellungen

DEIN WEG DURCHS LEBEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium
  • Fundierte Berufspraxis in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Rechtsvorschriften
  • Sicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie eine weitere Fremdsprache (Französisch, Norwegisch, Dänisch oder Portugiesisch)
  • SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Modul FI, von Vorteil
  • Fit in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
