Als unser neuer Experte Data Governance (m/w/d) sind Sie Teil unseres Compliance-Teams. Sie gestalten die Entwicklung einer unternehmensweiten Datenstrategie und eines Data Governance Systems mit. Damit unterstützen Sie maßgeblich das Ziel, Transparenz über unsere Daten zu schaffen und die Datenqualität zu verbessern.
Sie schaffen einen Rahmen für erzeugte und erworbene Daten und arbeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern in unserem globalen Unternehmen zusammen, um Richtlinien, Standards und Best Practices umzusetzen.

- Entwickeln von Datenstrategien und Organisation, Implementierung und Aministration von Data Governance Management Systemen
- Erstellung, Implementierung und Weiterentwickelung von Prinzipien und Richtlinien für den Umgang mit Daten
- Definition und Festlegung von Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten für die langfristige Nutzung von Daten
- Beratung und Schulung von internen Data Ownern und anderen Stakeholdern bei der Einrichtung und Umsetzung von Data-Governance-Managementsystemen und der Einhaltung der Data-Governance des Unternehmens
- Beratung von internen Data Ownern bei der Entwicklung von Data-Governance-Strategien, die mit der Data-Governance des Unternehmens übereinstimmen
- Überprüfung der Konformität von Änderungen an Prozessen und Vorschläge für Änderungen
Profil
- Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Datenwissenschaft oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Umfassende operative Erfahrung im Bereich Data Governance und Datenmanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Verfahren für Prozessmanagement, und Data Governance
- Qualifikationen im Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement und Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen sind von Vorteil
- Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, Initiativen eigenständig voranzutreiben
- Ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte effektiv an verschiedene Interessengruppen zu vermitteln
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
