Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die Buchung, Ausstellung, Umbuchung oder Erstattung von weltweiten Linienflugtickets unter Nutzung des Reservierungssystems Amadeus und Travelport/Galileo
  • Preiskalkulation bei individuellen Fluganfragen sowie deren Übertragung in unser internes Buchungssystem
  • Buchung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Linien- und Charterflügen
  • Tägliche Queuebearbeitung
  • Tägliche Bearbeitung der automatisch gebuchten Flüge
  • Du übernimmst die Umbuchung der Flüge bei Flugausfällen sowie bei Flugverspätungen
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner bei mangelnder Buchbarkeit von Flügen und technischen Problemen
  • Planung von Dienstreisen /Flug für Mitarbeiter und Events

Profil
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise zum/zur Tourismuskaufmann/-frau
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Flug eines touristischen Unternehmens gesammelt
  • Amadeus, Travelport/Galileo und IATA Kenntnisse sind für dich keine Fremdwörter
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der Tourismus- und Airlinebranche
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist gut strukturiert
  • Du hast eine dynamische und serviceorientierte Arbeitseinstellung
