Mit dem Eintritt des französischen Unternehmens Sopra Steria SA ist sie seit August 2019 als Sopra Financial Technology GmbH Teil der Sopra Steria Group.



Als Communication Manager (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung unserer externen Kommunikationsstrategie. Deine Schwerpunkte liegen auf Brand- und Produktmarketing und hier auf der aktiven Gestaltung unserer Präsenz auf Social Media Plattformen mit Schwerpunkt LinkedIn und unserer Webseite.


Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst innovative Kommunikationsstrategien zur Förderung unseres Unternehmensimage und zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Strategy & Communications
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Content (idealerweise mit Fokus auf Thought Leadership) für unsere Social Media- und Werbekanäle, insbesondere LinkedIn, inklusive Monitoring und Reporting der Performance
  • Du übernimmst die Planung, Organisation, Logistik und Nachbereitung von externen Unternehmensevents und Veranstaltungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Marketing-Kampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Marketing Manager und dem Produktmanagement
  • Du unterstützt das Produktmanagement bei der Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von Werbematerialien und Verkaufsförderungsaktionen
  • Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und externen Dienstleistern

Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medienwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du besitzt mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, idealerweise im Finanzsektor
  • Du hast professionelle Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von LinkedIn als Social Media Plattform, als auch andere Plattformen für professionelle Branding- und Marketingzwecke
  • Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen mit dem LinkedIn Sales Navigator und Google Ads sammeln
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Content Management Systemen, als auch Adobe Creative Cloud & Canva
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte "Hands-on"-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Dich zeichnen eine proaktive und innovative Denkweise aus, mit der Fähigkeit, strategisch zu planen und kleinere Projekte eigenständig zu leiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
