Die WSS Würth Shared Services GmbH erbringt Dienst­leistungen auf dem Gebiet der Finanzbuchhaltung, des Travelmanagements und des Fuhrparkmanagements für Unternehmen der Würth-Gruppe. Gleichzeitig entwickeln wir konzernweite Strukturen für die funktionsübergreifende Steuerung der weltweiten Shared Service Center.

Unser Ziel ist es durch gebündeltes Know-How und optimierte Prozesse den Gesellschaften der Würth-Gruppe sichere, produktive Dienstleistungen mit hohem Qualitätsstandard zu bieten.

Die Würth-Gruppe ist Weltmarktführer beim Handel mit Befestigungs- und Montagematerial. Daneben ist die Würth-Gruppe mit Gesellschaften im Produktions-, Dienstleistungs-, Handels- und Gastronomiesektor sehr diversifiziert aufgestellt und bietet somit eine äußerst spannende und abwechslungsreiche Gesellschaftsstruktur.

Für die Vollzeitstelle suchen wir DICH zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.


Aufgaben
  • Du nimmst Prozesse im Finance- und Accounting-Umfeld auf, strukturierst und dokumentierst diese
  • Du leitest daraus Best Practices ab und arbeitest an der Harmonisierung der Prozesse
  • Du arbeitest an der Verbesserung und Optimierung der bestehenden Prozesse und definierst die daraus notwendigen Anforderungen an die zuständigen IT-Kolleginnen und Kollegen
  • Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement bei Ausrollprojekten unserer zentralen Finance-Systemlandschaft oder Teilen davon an Gesellschaften der Würth-Gruppe
  • Du arbeitest an Automatisierungsprozessen und -projekten mit und übernimmst die Verantwortung für Teilprojekte bis hin zur Gesamtprojektverantwortung

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung / wirtschaftlicher oder wirtschaftlich-technischer Studiengang
  • Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Rechnungswesen und/oder im Prozess- und Projektmanagement, erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung sind von Vorteil
  • (Erste) SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches, strukturiertes, konzeptionelles Denken
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Teamgeist, „Macher-Mentalität“ und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten im In- und Ausland, der weit überwiegende Teil der Tätigkeit wird aber vor Ort in der Zentrale bzw. digital möglich sein
