Business Development Manager Sales (m/w/d)
Auf Basis einer performancestarken, spezialisierten Fondspalette betreuen Sie vom Standort Frankfurt am Main in Ihrer Funktion als Business Development Manager Sales gemeinsam mit dem CSO von Lupus alpha Investoren, vornehmlich aus den Bereichen Versorgungswerke und Kirchen, in Deutschland. Daneben entwickeln Sie gemeinsam mit dem CSO die Vertriebsstrategie von Lupus alpha weiter und sind in diesem Zusammenhang für das Vertriebscontrolling verantwortlich. Sie sind Teil unseres erfahrenen und wachsenden Clients- & Markets-Teams. Wir geben Ihnen die Freiheitsgrade und die Verantwortung, Ihre Ideen in die Tat umzusetzen. Aufgaben
- Sie entwickeln und intensivieren die Beziehungen zu Versorgungswerken und Kirchen gemeinsam mit dem CSO
- Sie verstehen die Anforderungen der beiden Investorengruppen und bedienen diese mit geeigneten Strategien
- Sie entwickeln und halten Produkt-Präsentationen
- Sie konzipieren und individualisieren Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Sie beteiligen sich an der Entwicklung und der Umsetzung der Marketingkampagnen von Lupus alpha
- Sie sind an der (Weiter-)Entwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie in den Bereichen Institutional und Wholesale beteiligt
- Sie sind für das Vertriebscontrolling sowie dessen Weiterentwicklung verantwortlich und erstellen Reports und Analysen
Profil
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der Betreuung von institutionellen Investoren
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Einsatz- und Reisebereitschaft aus und Sie sind gerne beim Kunden
- Sie besitzen eine ausgesprochen hohe Kontaktfähigkeit und überzeugen im persönlichen Gespräch
- Sie haben ausgeprägte, analytische Fähigkeiten, arbeiten ergebnisorientiert und haben ein gutes Verständnis für den Kapitalmarkt und die Trends im Asset Management
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und sind dabei Teamplayer
- Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln zählen zu Ihren Eigenschaften
- Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Master Studium, gerne weiterführende Qualifikationen wie CFA, CIIA, CESGA etc.
- Systematische Nutzung der vertriebsunterstützenden Systeme (Reporting Portal, CRM-System, Marketing-Planungstool, Fonds-Informationsportal etc.)
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
