Aufgaben

Als Head of Logistics bist du verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Optimierung aller logistischen Prozesse innerhalb unserer Werke. Du führst die Teams der Lager- und Versandabteilungen und gewährleistest, dass alle operativen Abläufe effizient, kosteneffektiv und gemäß den internationalen Standards und Anforderungen durchgeführt werden.

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Werkslogistik einschließlich Lagerhaltung und Versand.

  • Planung und Überwachung der logistischen Prozesse innerhalb des Standorts sowie zu den Auslandsstandorten und Kunden

  • Hoheit über die strategische Ausrichtung und Implementierung der Logistikprozesse weltweit (England, und USA)

  • Führung, Schulung und Entwicklung der Teamleiter und deren Teams

  • Implementierung und Überwachung von KPIs zur Leistungsmessung der logistischen Abläufe

  • Management von Lagerbeständen, einschließlich Bestandskontrolle und -optimierung

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Verbesserungsprojekten im Bereich der Logistik


Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Logistikposition, idealerweise in der Anlagenbauindustrie.

  • Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung.

  • Stark in der Prozessoptimierung und erfahren im Projektmanagement.

  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten.

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP, sowie MS Office.

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
