Dann werde Teil unseres Warehouse Control Teams und unterstütze uns als Mitarbeiter Warehouse Control (m/w/x) am Standort in Hamburg-Allermöhe. Die Stelle ist langfristig ausgelegt, jedoch zunächst befristet für 2 Jahre zu besetzen.


Aufgaben
  • Du sorgst für ein reibungsloses Tagesgeschäft: Durch den ständigen Austausch mit den verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und externen Ansprechpartnern, stellst du den störungsfreien Ablauf der systemseitigen Logistikprozesse sicher
  • Prozessoptimierung und Sicherstellung der Qualität: Mit deinen Reports und Berichten, trägst du zur Überwachung der KPI´s bei und verantwortest gleichzeitig eine hohe Bestandsqualität
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Change Maßnahmen: Als gute:r SAP Anwender:in bringst du deine Expertise in Projekten im SAP-Umfeld ein
  • Workshops: Durch interne Schulungen und Workshops förderst du die verbesserte Nutzung von SAP im Unternehmen und dein Arbeitsalltag wird noch abwechslungsreicher

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Logistikbezug oder alternativ ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im logistischen Umfeld und in der Anwendung von SAP, insbesondere in den Modulen WM, IM und MM
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und gutes Verständnis für logistische Prozesse und Zahlen
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, mit Ansprechpartnern unterschiedlicher Hierarchieebenen verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch zu kommunizieren; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative und Interesse an der Mitgestaltung deines neuen Arbeitsbereiches
