Agility & Project Management Lead (m/f/d)


Aufgaben

The Agility & Project Management Lead will lead a team of Project Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters within the Transformation department. In addition s/he will drive effectiveness, efficiency and predictability to deliver Change at pace. The role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, Agile knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Manage Product Owners, Project Managers and Scrum Masters. Create a positive environment and a high-performance culture
  • Drive data quality and the accurate use of tools. Advice and share experience on the most appropriate methods use for the specific work required
  • Coach and influence to deliver and improve performance
  • Support effective planning and sequencing of the work at Portfolio level
  • Drive Change cadence
  • Coach team members, the wider transformation department and where appropriate colleagues across the bank on Change methodologies, agile practices, ceremonies, and tools. (Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid)
  • Influence the organizational culture to embrace agility und to increase understanding of the complexities of Change delivery
  • Champion change adoption through training, workshops, and role modelling

Profil
  • Master degree or equivalent and several years working experience in agile transformations
  • Deep understanding of change and project management principles and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid, PMP/Prince II certified)
  • Experience in leading agile transformations. Preferably in consultancy
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels. Ability to inspire and influence diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in Change and knowledge of associated policies and procedures
  • Evidence of having contributed to significant technology led change and major change programs
  • Fluent in English, German and/or Dutch a plus
