Finance Analyst

- Improve and own the financial model(s) to forecast and track performance
- Model operational processes and cash flow
- Analyze business performance, cash flows and KPIs
- Support preparation of monthly business performance reporting, board meetings, etc.
- Support business unit decision-making processes with analytical / data-driven insights
- Contribute to annual planning and ad hoc scenario analyses
- Actively contribute to the company-wide projects aimed at operational improvements.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in financial modelling & data analysis from industrial business environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced data analytics and visualization skills preferred.
- Analytical skills and structural thinking
- Teamwork and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Openminded thinking and a positive attitude
