Deine Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit weiterführendem Studiengang
  • Du hast relevante Berufserfahrungen in der Finanzierung von Projekten und Assets, bspw. bei einem Assetmanager, Bank, Investmentfonds, PE-Haus, Projektentwickler im Erneuerbaren Energien-Bereich oder in der Transaktionsberatung
  • Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und dein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du bist kreativ, arbeitest ergebnisorientiert und siehst Lösungen statt Probleme.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und bist bereit Verantwortung für deinen Bereich zu übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Du verantwortest die (Fremd-) Finanzierung unserer deutschen Windenergieprojekte mit einem Volumen von > 300 Mio. EUR
  • Du erarbeitest geeignete Finanzierungsstrukturen für unsere Windenergieprojekte
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Transaktionsmanagement neue Investitionsvehikel /-plattformen, um unser schnelles und dynamisches Wachstum zu finanzieren.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Transaktionsmanagement beim Ankauf und der Strukturierung von Windprojekten zusammen.
  • Du zeigt Verbesserungspotential in der Wirtschaftlichkeit bzw. Kapitaldienstfähigkeit von Windenergieprojekten auf und hebst diese z.B. durch den Abschluss von Stromlieferverträgen (PPAs).
