  • Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle im (monatlichen) Abschluss- und Berichtserstattungsprozess der HARIBO-Gruppe und tragen dadurch maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung sowie Optimierung dieser Prozesse bei
  • Zudem bereiten Sie regelmäßig unser Gruppen-Reporting auf und erstellen aussagekräftige Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung und den Aufsichtsrat, die durch Klarheit und Prägnanz überzeugen sowie fundierte Entscheidungen ermöglichen
  • Auch an Projekten zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Reporting- und BI-Prozessen und -Tools nehmen Sie aktiv teil – immer mit dem Ziel, die Effizienz und Genauigkeit zu steigern
  • Dabei Sie sorgen für ein hohes Niveau der Datenqualität und stellen sicher, dass alle Prozesse den Standards und Richtlinien der HARIBO-Gruppe entsprechen

Zutaten, die Sie mitbringen:
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im FMCG-Umfeld, wobei Ihr abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Wirtschaftswissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzwesen, die Basis Ihres Erfolgs bildet
  • Balance zwischen einem ausgeprägten Anspruch an die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit und dem pragmatischen Agieren, wenn es die Situation erfordert
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise, die Sie auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick behalten lässt
  • Hohe Integrität und Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen sind für uns entscheidend
  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität gepaart mit der Versiertheit im Umgang mit Reporting- und BI-Systemen sowie MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
