Das erwartet Dich bei uns:
  • Du leitest den gesamten Onboarding-Prozess für Endkunden und sorgst für eine reibungslose Integration.
  • Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen und Probleme rund um unser webbasiertes Kundenportal und unseren Webshop.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem IT-Team entwickelst Du kontinuierlich neue Funktionen und verbesserst die Benutzererfahrung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertriebsteam zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenanforderungen erfüllt werden.
  • Du überwachst die Systemleistung und setzt Verbesserungsmaßnahmen sowie Verkaufsförderstrategien um.
  • Du gestaltest Schulungen und Workshops und stellst Onboarding-Dokumentationen bereit.
Das erwarten wir von Dir:
  • Du hast eine kaufmännische und technische Ausbildung, gepaart mit Berufserfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Informatik
  • Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis von webbasierten Portalen und E-Commerce-Plattformen und kannst Dich schnell in neue Systeme einarbeiten.
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und kannst komplexe technische Informationen verständlich vermitteln.
  • Du bist ein analytischer Denker, der technische Probleme schnell identifiziert und innovative Lösungen entwickelt.
  • Deine starke Kundenorientierung und Empathie helfen Dir dabei, positive Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und pflegst eine proaktive Kommunikationsweise, auch abteilungsübergreifend.
  • Du dokumentierst sorgfältig Deine Aktivitäten und sorgst dafür, dass alle Beteiligten stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind.
