ITP/ITR, Testplanung, Site Quality Plan).Enge Prüfung und Bewertung der Contractor-Qualitätspläne sowie kontinuierliche Kommunikation aller Qualitätsanforderungen an interne und externe Stakeholder.Förderung eines proaktiven, risiko- und qualitätsbewussten Denkens im gesamten Site-Team.Schulung, Coaching und Anleitung von lokalen Mitarbeitenden und Subunternehmern zu Qualitätsstandards, Best Practices und Lessons Learned (internationaler Austausch z. B. UK/NL).Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical und Commissioning – inkl. Sicherstellung der Compliance mit Hold/Witness Points.Sicherstellung korrekter, vollständiger und aktueller Qualitätsdokumentation (Checklisten, Testzertifikate, Deviations, NCRs, CCRP) sowie Pflege des Completion Systems.Überwachung der Kalibrierung und ordnungsgemäßen Nutzung aller Prüf- und Messmittel.Unterstützung und Teilnahme an internen, externen und Contractor-Audits sowie Nachverfolgung von Corrective Actions.Erstellung von relevanten Qualitätskennzahlen, Statusübersichten und Abschlussberichten für das Site- und Project Management.Unterstützung bei Incoming Inspections und bei der Identifikation/Behebung von Qualitätslücken und Abweichungen.Dein ProfilBachelorabschluss in Qualitätsmanagement, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer technischer Fachrichtung.Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement auf Baustellen oder im Energiesektor (Power/Energy bevorzugt).Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Change Management sowie in der Mitarbeit an großen, komplexen Projekten.Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 9001, Construction Codes und Standards; Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von Audits (zertifizierter Auditor bevorzugt).Erfahrung in Testkoordination sowie in Prozessmanagement / Continuous Improvement (L6S Belt).Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Offenheit, Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, Teams zu coachen und zu befähigen.Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft zur Relocation und täglicher Präsenz am Projektstandort.Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Tools und Completion-/Quality-Systemen.Deine Vorteile30 UrlaubstageUrlaubsgeldWeihnachtsgeldKontaktdatenAlphonsina SirilTel: +49 621 37031977Mobile: +491757707136Email: Alphonsina.Siril@nesfircroft.com
