Aufgabe Eigenständige Projektsteuerung für drei bis fünf zugewiesene Großkunden Terminierung von Audits, sowie Auswahl fachkundiger Auditoren für die relevanten Management-Zertifizierungen im Bereich Qualität, Umwelt, Energie, IT, Automotive und weitere Zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Kunden mit hohem eigenen Verantwortungsgrad Pflege und Ausbau bestehender nationaler und überwiegend internationaler Großkunden Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen für potenzielle Neukunden, in Absprache mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst und der Abteilungsleitung, sowie Koordination der entsprechenden internen und externen Schnittstellen Sorgfältige Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten auf Basis durchgeführter Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen Präsentation von Angebotskalkulationen und Jahresreviews beim Kunden vor Ort Möglichkeit zur Übernahme zusätzlicher Teilprojekte, je nach persönlichen Stärken und Interessen
Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung Mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt im Bereich Großkundenbetreuung, Projekt- oder Key Account Management Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung gepaart mit Empathie, Durchsetzungsvermögen und einer sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Planungs- und Koordinationsstärke Teamplayer Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP (CRM-, MM-, SD-Systeme) Erfahrung im Umgang mit icert ist ein Plus Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Freude an vereinzelten nationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 10-20 Prozent)
