Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member of the Business Management and Operations Team contributes directly to our consultants' success-and thus to that of our clients.What You'll DoAs a Student Assistant in our Internal Services Team, you will be an important point of contact for our employees, actively helping to ensure that day-to-day office life runs smoothly. Service-oriented and reliable, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our office equipment and assisting in organizing and executing internal events. You will also support technical inquiries and process pending print jobs.In addition to these hands-on activities, you will take charge of the reception desk during busy times and look after clients and visitors at the Cologne office.
