We deliver sustainable technology solutions because it's on us to make new energy work The Team - your impact As a Working Student Digital Technology Project Management / PMO (f/m/d) you will be part of our internal Project Management / PMO Practice that is spearheading E.ON's Digital Technology initiatives. This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of project management and PMO experts who will lead, shape, transform and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe. Your Role - meaningful & rewarding You will support with a set of PMO activities on our key programs across the E.ON Group and leverage the work on our methodology You will contribute to defining of our Project Management/PMO methodology and establishing a knowledge management approach to keep it up to date across E.ON You develop and professionalize our Project Services practice by contributing to the multiple internal activities like communication, team building, standard operating procedure documentation and so forth You prepare and moderate meetings and presentations in terms of content and organization You create the project documentation with our teams, drive and record the project progress You help keep track of our team's financials and performance Your Profile - authentic & open-minded You are an enrolled student in a study program related to IT, Business Administration or with a similar focus (for at least 1- 1,5 more years) You have already gained first basic project management experience and technology knowledge You proactively drive and structure topics, demonstrate strategic thinking, and manage complex situations Curiosity, proactivity and can-do attitude regarding the topics 'on your plate' Forward looking thinking, sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity Good communicaiton skills, written and oral Business fluent in English and German Our Benefits - smart & useful Enjoy flexibility: We combine coming to the office and working from home.
