Job Type:
Contract, Part-Time, or Full-Time

As an Occupational Therapist at Knospe-Lerncenter, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. This position will involve in-clinic therapy sessions with the possibility of travel and telehealth services.

You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs), as part of an ABA-OT-SLP team.

You will work with all ages, particularly infancy through adolescence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough occupational assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities, including fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
  • Create personalized occupational therapy plans and interventions tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Administer individual and group therapy sessions to clients of various age groups, from infants through adolescence and adults.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the ABA-SLPOT team to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the field of occupational therapy.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients and their families to facilitate progress and independence in daily activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • English _or _German proficiency.
