Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Telefonische oder schriftliche Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen
- Entgegennahme von Anrufen über die Hotline oder UHD mit Hilfe von SAP oder Ticketsystemen
- Klärung einfacher Anfragen
- Weiterleitung von Störungsmeldungen und Serviceaufträgen an die zuständigen Servicetechniker oder Supporteinheiten
- Überwachung des Fortschritts der Aufträge
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Anforderungen
- Einleiten von Eskalationsmaßnahmen bei Bedarf
- Bearbeitung von Meldungen im Auftrag interner und externer Kunden (z.B. Maklerdienste)
- Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Aktionen und Pflege der Daten
- Aufnahme und Dokumentation von Beschwerden
- Weitergabe von Beschwerden zur Bearbeitung durch den Teamkoordinator oder die Führungskraft
- Einhaltung von Vorschriften zum Arbeitsschutz, zur Unfallverhütung, zum Datenschutz und zur Informationssicherheit
- Befolgung der Qualitätsmanagement-Standards nach ISO 9001 und der Compliance-Regeln
- Zusammenarbeit in einem starken, vielfältigen und kompetenten Team
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundenservice oder in verwandten Bereichen
- Professioneller Umgang mit Kunden und Servicetechnikern am Telefon, Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
- Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, gezielte Fragen zu stellen
- Grundkenntnisse in MS-Windows und MS-Office
- Erfahrung mit SAP, Ticketsystemen und ITIL-Prozessen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITSM-Ticketsystemen von Vorteil
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und kollegiale Arbeitsweise
- Arbeit in versetzten Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag
- Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für Kundendialoge und Störungsaufnahmen
