We are seeking a:
Role: Senior Scientist, QC Instrumentation Standards

As a Senior Scientist in QC Instrumentation Standards, you play a crucial role in bringing the global QC digitalization strategy to fruition. You will collaborate with QC teams worldwide to transition from paper-based to digital workflows by implementing a global Laboratory Execution System. Your responsibilities include creating digital workflows, developing global process documents, and assisting with local implementations in various countries.

You will be accountable to the Global Lead QC Instrumentation Standards.

Role and responsibilities:
• Create digital workflows aligned with analytical method SOPs and process maps in the Laboratory Execution System BIOVIA ONE Lab
• Establish process documents for the global Laboratory Execution System for QC
• Aid in standardizing QC business processes related to laboratory automation
• Manage the life cycle of digital workflows as a subject matter expert
• Support projects for laboratory instrumentation standardization and global data integrity

Education and Experience:
• Hold a university degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/medicinal GMP testing environment utilizing various testing instrumentation, including instrument lifecycle activities and data integrity
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory automation in QC or R&D
• Familiarity with BIOVIA ONE Lab software or similar systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of regulations concerning computerized systems and lab automation, with a willingness to enhance expertise in the field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for effective collaboration with teams globally
• Exhibit decision-making capabilities and drive progress efficiently
• Possess a strong analytical and technical IT background
• Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
