Aufgaben
  • Umsetzung von Kosten- und Wertanalyseaktivitäten sowie der Beschaffungsfähigkeit
  • Projektplanung über Methoden, Tools und Instrumente im Bereich Value Engineering
  • Initiierung von Kostenreduzierungsprogrammen über ausgewählte Kaufkomponenten
  • Durchführung von Kostenworkshops zur kreativen Ideengenerierung und crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartner sowie Lieferanten.
  • Mitwirkung an lieferantenunabhängigen Lastenheften / Spezifikationen für Ausschreibungen und Unterstützung der Entwicklungsfunktion bei Lieferantenkontakten
  • Unterstützung und Ansprechpartner für Projekte im Produktentstehungsprozess (PEP) bis zum Anlauf der Serienproduktion (SCP).
  • Ermittlung von Zielkosten auf Baugruppen- und Systemebene im PEP
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Entwicklung, Qualität, Produktion, Einkauf und Lieferanten

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-) Hochschulstudium zum Maschinenbau-, Elektro-, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Value Management und oder Kosten-/Wertanalysen
  • Erfahrung mit Wertanalyseplan nach VDI 2800, DFMA Analysen und 4Cost Tool wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in der Ermittlung verschiedenster Fertigungs- und Produktionskosten.
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Entwicklungsprozessen
  • CAD und PDM Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständiges, eigenverantwortliches und zielorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Branchenkenntnisse aus der Verteidigungs-, Automobil- oder Luft- & Raumfahrtindustrie sind von Vorteil

Die Stelle kann wahlweise am Standort Kassel oder Kiel besetzt werden.
