Daran werden Sie wachsen:
  • Kundenbetreuung: Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für die technischen Anfragen im Bereich Software und Infrastruktur, analysieren Probleme und finden geeignete Lösungen zur Fehlerbehebung
  • Installation & Konfiguration: Sie unterstützen bei der Installation und Konfiguration von Softwareanwendungen im Produktionsumfeld
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sie unterstützen die Software- und Systemstabilität durch die Sicherstellung geeigneter Tests
  • Betrieb: Sie sind verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Software
  • Dokumentation: Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeitsschritte und Lösungen, um ein umfassendes Wissensmanagement zu generieren
  • Teamwork: Sie arbeiten Hand in Hand mit Ihrem Team, unterstützen sich gegenseitig mit Ihrem jeweiligen Spezialwissen und teilen sich fair die Rufbereitschaft auf
Damit bringen Sie uns voran:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker* oder ein Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbares
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit DevOps-Praktiken (CI/CD-Tools, Testautomatisierung, Monitoring, Alerting, Observability, usw.)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Docker, Kubernetes und Datenbanken
  • Wünschenswert wäre außerdem Projekterfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-Level)
  • Eigenständige und motivierte Arbeitsweise, lösungsorientiertes Denken, Servicementalität sowie Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und mit dem Kunden
