Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for personnel planning and forecasting for management areas in IT.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic personnel planning and resource management.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and controlling for effective personnel planning and resource allocation.
  • Prepare decision templates and reports for management to support informed personnel decisions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for ad-hoc inquiries related to personnel analysis and provide relevant information and reports.
  • Support in creating long-term personnel strategies and objectives to plan for future personnel needs.
  • Accountable for executing Workforce Management-related projects and initiatives.
Your Profile
  • Degree with a focus on HR, controlling, or related field.
  • Professional experience in human resources, controlling, or accounting.
  • Analytical skills and proficient in handling data and metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Desirable: Understanding of HR processes, current trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with HR controlling tools and systems is a plus.
