Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) in Customer Support
for our Headquarters in RheineYour Responsibilities:

• Customer consultation for fault rectification - remotely or on-site
• Collaboration with the Development and Quality Management departments to identify and resolve critical issues
• Handling and resolving technically complex cases in conjunction with 1st level support
• Creation and maintenance of repair and maintenance guides and checklists
• Independent execution of service interventions

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics or equivalent qualification
• Solid knowledge of network and computer technology
• Good understanding of industrial measurement technology and bus systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and remote maintenance tools
• Knowledge of machinery monitoring is a plus
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
