Senior Creative and Corporate Design Manager - A.W. Faber-Castell Vertrieb GmbH

Are you ready to join our team in Stein? We are looking for a Senior Creative and Corporate Design Manager (all genders) to take on the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for evolving and implementing Corporate Design elements such as logos, color schemes, typography, and visual language to showcase the Faber-Castell brand.
• Ensure the implementation of our CD Guidelines in the markets by regularly interacting with our graphic and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand image.
• Collaborate with product development and external partners to align product language with overall brand goals.
• Ensure efficient project management considering deadlines and resource utilization, potentially involving agencies or freelancers.
• Main point of contact for Corporate Design for marketing teams and graphic designers of the Faber-Castell Group, providing mentoring and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Completed studies in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum of five years experience in a similar role, preferably within lifestyle and premium brands.
• Strong strategic thinking ability to translate goals into creative solutions.
• High level of creativity, communication skills, reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Excellent MS Office skills and proficiency in graphic design software programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
