Work in Childcare while Traveling with TUI

• Create and lead an exciting, age-appropriate program for children aged 0-12, covering developmental needs and full of magical moments.
• Participate regularly in events such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the mini disco.
• Ensure our high standards, including health and safety guidelines, are maintained in childcare.
• Learn more about all the tasks of the TUI Destination Team as we identify your skills and assign you to the appropriate profile.

• A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary, starting at 750€, or 950€ net for qualified colleagues.

• Completed vocational training.
• You love working with children, have experience in dealing with them, and communicate confidently with parents and guardians.
• For some positions, such as in the Baby Club, a recognized childcare qualification is required.
• You are always cheerful, a great team player, and simply a true people person.
• You are willing to learn the job requirements, including flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• You speak fluent English and German - additional languages are helpful.
