I am currently working with a Manufacturing client that are looking for Salesforce Administrator on a long-term contract, that will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. This role includes managing user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and be able to recommend best practices for using the platform to meet business needs.

Contract Length: 12 months

Location: Germany (fully remote)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance and Configuration:

  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including managing user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings.
  • Configure Salesforce features and functionality, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

Data Management:

  • Maintain data quality by performing regular data cleanups, deduplication, and importing/exporting data as required.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.

User Support and Training:

  • Provide end-user support and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance user adoption and proficiency.

Customization and Development:

  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce's declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Lightning App Builder).
  • Collaborate with developers to oversee the implementation of custom code and integrations.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create and manage complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions and strategies.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the use of Salesforce.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to leverage new features and functionalities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to gather requirements and ensure Salesforce supports business processes.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams.Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant certifications (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data management and database concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
