**Dafür brauchen wir Dich**:

- Deine Rolle als Value Expansion Specialist (m/w/d) hat den Fokus auf der Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden und Key Accounts, auf Basis unseres Produkt
- und Leistungs
- portfolios.
- Du unterstützt den VP Strategy & Consulting beim Aufbau des Value Expansion Teams und etablierst gemeinsam mit dem Team standardisierte Prozesse und Strukturen für ein qualifiziertes Bestandskundenmanagement. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit den Bereichen Sales, Professional Services und Consulting zusammen.
- Du bist an der konkreten Planung und Umsetzung neuer Kundenprojekte aktiv beteiligt und trägst dazu bei, dass die Erwartungen des Kunden übertroffen werden.
- Du definierst Messgrößen, anhand derer der Kunde den Erfolg und Wert unseres Produktes bemessen kann und lieferst regelmäßig Auswertungen für den Kunden und das Team der vitagroup.
- Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern im Healthcare Markt sowohl auf Entscheider-Ebene als auch auf der operativen Ebene eng zusammen.
- Du unterstützt aktiv dabei, unser Produkt
- und Leistungsportfolio auszubauen und bringst deine eigenen Erfahrungen hierfür ein.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen und bringst nachweisbare Erfolge in der Kundenbetreuung mit.
- Du hast Interesse daran, gemeinsam mit uns das Value Expansion Team aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du hast eine vertriebliche Ader und bringst eine besonders stark ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung mit - dadurch gelingt es Dir, direkt aus Kundenperspektive die Chancen unserer Lösungen besonders hervorzuheben.
- Idealerweise verfügst Du über fundierte IT-Kenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen.
- Du verfolgst aktuelle Marktentwicklungen rund um das Thema Interoperabilität und Datennutzung im Gesundheitswesen.
- Du brennst für innovative eHealth-Lösungen und die intelligente Nutzung von Gesundheitsdaten im Sinne der Versorgung und Forschung.
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz und bist eine integrative Persönlichkeit, die Präsentations
- und Moderationskompetenz mitbringt.
- Du bist flexibel und reisebereit.
