Als **Commercial and financial project administrator/Kaufmännischer Projekt Sachbearbeiter/-in** im Bereich SERVICES, Asset Life Management Business sind Sie für die selbstständige kaufmännische Abwicklung und das Reporting von Projekten als Unterstützung des Projektleiters zuständig. **AUFGABEN**

Die Stelle in Mannheim ist eine großartige Gelegenheit, an den ständigen Verbesserungsaktivitäten im Geschäftsbereich SERVICES beteiligt zu sein und sicherzustellen, dass diese in der laufenden Projektarbeit Anwendung finden. Sie hätten die Chance, den Projektleiter in allen kaufmännischen Angelegenheiten zu unterstützen und andere projektbezogenen Aktivitäten innerhalb der Rolle durchzuführen.

**HAUPTTÄTIGKEITEN**:
**Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung von Projekten**:

- Anlegen der Aufträge in SAP mit den Erfordernissen entsprechender Projekt
- und Netzplanstruktur;
- Eingeben der Auftragseingangskalkulation in SAP und Buchung des Auftragseingangs;
- Erstellen und Versenden von Auftragsbestätigungen, Anzahlungs-, Teil
- und Endrechnungen, anfertigen von Gutschriften, Überwachung aller Kundenzahlungen;
- Planen, erledigen und verfolgen aller kaufmännischen Termine und Tätigkeiten;
- Bestellanforderungen in SAP einstellen, interne Leistungen bestellen und abrechnen;,

**Unterstützen des Projektleiters bei allen kaufm. Belangen**:

- Stunden
- und Kostenplanung und Umsetzung korrektiver Maßnahmen;
- Erstellen der monatlichen Projektberichte, Vorschau der Umsätze, Kosten und Bilanzpositionen sowie Kalkulationen des Gesamtergebnisses auf Basis der Zuarbeiten des Projektkernteams;
- Korrektes darstellen der finanziellen Situation der Projekte während der gesamten Laufzeit im Projektkernteam;
- Im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung Erstellen von Angebotskalkulationen bei unkritischen Projekten mit geringem Auftragswert;
- Kaufmännische Unterstützung des Projektleiters im Rahmen der Risiken
- & Chancen
- Bewertung; des Claim Management, Berichtwesen und Pönale Forderungen;
- Finanzielle Abwicklung der Gewährleistung und Schließung des Projektes nach Abschluss.

**Projekt bezogenen Zuarbeit an das Controlling**:

- Rollierende Vorschau der Zahlungseingänge für das Controlling im Rahmen der Cashflow-Planung
- Unterstützung von Controlling bei der Anfertigung der Nachkalkulation und Abweichungsanalyse zur Angebotskalkulation
- Zuarbeiten für das Controlling insbesondere beim Erstellen der monatlichen Reports, Bearbeitung von Datenbanken etc.

**ANFORDERUNGEN und FÄHIGKEITEN**:

- abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung in der Industrie oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium;
- 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im genannten Bereich;
- verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
- Basiskenntnisse in SAP Impuls R/3;
- PC-Anwendungskenntnisse mit MS Outlook und MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Basiskenntnisse von Project Management - Prozessen und - Tools;
- selbständige, zielorientierte und analytische Arbeitsweise;
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft.
