  • Your Responsibilities:
    • Developing your unique research profile and program
    • Publishing in reputable, peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences and workshops
    • Teaching undergraduate (BA) and graduate (MA) courses in German and/or English, focusing on migration and/or inequality
    • Supervising students
  • Your Competencies:
    • Must hold an outstanding master's degree (for post docs: doctorate) in sociology or a related discipline, preferably with a migration and/or inequality focus
    • Demonstrated advanced skills in quantitative research methods
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (especially Stata)
    • Ability and willingness to work both independently and in a team
    • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
