Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den Themenbereich Technology Workflows und darin enthaltener Streams
  • Personalführung: Disziplinarische Führung des Teams ServiceNow Experts Technology Workflows
  • Strategiearbeit im Führungsteam und mit den fachlichen Streamleads
  • Verantwortung für die Umsatz- und Ergebnisplanung (Budget) für den Themenbereich Technology Workflows
  • Eskalationsinstanz beim Kunden
  • Single Point of Contact für Partner- und Providerfirmen
  • Kontrolle geschäftlicher Weiterentwicklung bezogen auf ServiceNow Technology Workflows und in den dazugehörigen Streams

Profil
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse zu ITIL, IT Service Management und/ oder IT Operations Management
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Beratungskontext und angemessene Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter von großen Projekten
  • Erfahrung in IT Enterprise Software, vorzugsweise ServiceNow
  • Unternehmerischer Gestaltungswille und -fähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kooperations-, Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit, gepaart mit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
