Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Intensive Pflege und Ausbau der Kundenbeziehung
  • Standortübergreifende Prüfung der Warenverfügbarkeit mit Hilfe des Planungssystem
  • Interne und externe Verwaltung von Kontrakten, Aufträgen, Lieferscheinen, Transporten
  • Auftragsabwicklung mit entsprechender Reaktion bei Engpässen bzw. Überangebot
  • Erfassung von Kundenbestellungen in das ERP-System sowie deren proaktives Management (Überwachung, Mengenänderungen, Lieferänderungen, Stornierungen, Schließungen)
  • Proaktives Kontraktmanagement
  • Versand und Nachbearbeitung des Transportauftrags
  • Export Versandabwicklung per Luftfracht, Straßentransport und Seefracht
  • Unterstützung der Buchhaltung bei offenen Rechnungen und Mahnungen
  • Erstellung von Gutschriften und Nachbelastungen
  • Bearbeitung von Exportdokumenten aus dem Intercompanygeschäft
  • Buchungen von Stock Transfer Order
  • Erstellung von Reklamationen und/oder Beanstandungen sowie Planung/Verwaltung von Retouren
  • Kundenstammdatenpflege
  • Mustererfassung
  • Abwicklung von L/C (Letter of Credit) Geschäften
  • Regelmäßige Bereitstellung von Reports an den Sales/Kunden
Anforderungen
  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (IHK), vorzugsweise als Industriekaufmann/-kauffrau oder Speditionskaufmann/-kauffrau
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie
  • Geduld, Flexibilität und eine positive Einstellung zum Kundenservice
  • Konfliktlösebereitschaft und proaktives problemlösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen / des Warenwirtschaftsprogrammes SAP
