Job Title: Analytics Solutions Developer at Freudenberg

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement analytics solutions focusing on production, MES, engineering, and logistics
  • Create production reports utilizing tools like SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ME/MII, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Ensure governance, quality, and operational framework for Production Analytics
  • Collaborate closely with global process organization and IT solution architects
  • Work in partnership with internal and external IT consultants from Germany, India, and America
  • Participate in demand and project management for Production Analytics
  • Act as an Expert and Lead Developer during implementation

Qualifications:

  • University degree in informatics, computer science, or similar field with experience in Production and Shop Floor Controlling
  • Proven software development expertise in Analytics using SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ME/MII, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other tools
  • Experience collaborating with multicultural teams and leading small development teams, including exposure to working with teams in India
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving approach, eager to explore new topics and technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Professional demeanor, proactive work attitude, and team player mindset
