We are hiring a Building Renovation Specialist at IMMOWERTYOUR MISSION
  • Development of renovation concepts for existing buildings considering current energy standards and legal requirements
  • Obtaining and processing building permits and coordinating with relevant authorities
  • Preparation of construction applications, performance specifications, and tender documents
  • Conducting tenders and awarding contracts to craftsmen and service providers
  • Construction supervision and ensuring the quality and timely implementation of renovation measures
  • Communication and coordination with property owners, project participants, and external partners
YOUR SKILLS
  • Completed degree in architecture or equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge in the area of existing building renovation and energy-efficient building renovation
  • Experience in the development and implementation of construction projects, ideally in the field of energy-efficient renovation
  • Proficient in relevant software tools like CAD programs and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and structured work approach with a high level of commitment
