What Defines This Position?

What to Expect

Your duties will include managing the network infrastructure and necessary security mechanisms, especially for our cloud service offerings. You will also be responsible for evolving the infrastructure regarding network virtualization and security solutions. Administering network systems, resolving issues, and documenting processes will be part of your responsibilities. Your expertise will support our sales team.

What You Should Bring

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, or a comparable IT education
  • Relevant professional experience appropriate for the position
  • Experience in network management (VLAN, routing, virtualization), especially in handling switches and routers securely (Cisco – IOS, NX-OS), and setting up firewall systems (Watchguard)
  • Good knowledge in LAN and WAN network topics (e.g., IP-based protocols, routing and switching, Quality of Service, VPN solutions, LAN/WAN management)
  • Experience in troubleshooting, connection problems, basic knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
  • Preferred certification to complement your solid knowledge
  • Enjoy working in a team and independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • High level of responsibility, analytical skills, intrinsic motivation, teamwork, and commitment
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor complete your profile
